New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask

Magic wand click in centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 fill with colour to compliment your tag

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.

Activate frame layer magic wand click in centre of frame

selections modify exspand by1 paste element17 as new layer

Layer palette change blend mode to luminance.

Resize and paste tube of choice as new layer i mirrored mine.

Open heart wordart from supplies edit copy

paste as new layer place to bottom right of frame.

Use preset shapes to make an ellipse add name drop shaddow.

Crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
