Font of choice i used Agerian.

File new 600x700 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask

image rotate 90 degrees left.

Highlight frame layer magic wand click centre.

Selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice

drag below frame drop shaddow frame layer.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer drop shaddow

place to bottom of frame use selection tool to cut away

overlapping at the bottom.

Resize box1 paste as new layer drop shaddow

place to bottom left corner of frame rotate.

Resize candy2 paste as new layer drop shaddow place

on top of box1 rotate.

Resize candy3 paste as new layer place

to top left corner of frame drop shaddow rotate.

erase overlapping end of pin and a small part in centre of pin.

Resize clip3 paste as new layer drop shaddow place to left side of frame.

Resize flower4 paste as new layer place

just down under top right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize glitter 1 and glitter2 paste as new layer place

on top of mask paste to either side bottom of frame.

Resize butterfly2 paste as new layer place

on top of flower drop shaddow image flip rotate.

Resize ticket1 paste as new layer place

on top of frame drop shaddow.

Resize doodle 2 paste as new image drop shaddow

place to left of frame duplicate image mirror.

Add name place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background mergge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
