Font of choice i used AC1 Ornamental.

New file 600x600 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper or colour of choice.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize card paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in transparent space

selections modify exspand by2.

Paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame layer.

Highlight frame layer click in centre frame

selections modify exspand by2

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer drop shaddow

selections invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frame layer.

Paste second tube image mirror drop shaddow

place on top right of frame

erase parts you do not want showing

see mine for details.

Add name place to top left of frame drop shaddow.

I gave mine an eyecandy gradient or use a white drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background layer.

Merge all other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
