Snow frame fill

Wordart

Font.

File new 600x700 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

I gave my mask a texture weave effect.

Edit copy merged paste in animation as new animation

duplicate 9 times.

Open snow frame fill edit select all edit copy

back to mask frames highlight first frame edit select all

edit copy into selected frame highligh first frame

edit copy paste in psp as new image.

Resize frame53 paste as new layer on top of frame fill

line it up to fit drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer on top of frame

drop shaddow use selection tool cut away overlapping tube.

Resize bell2 paste as new layer place

to top left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Open wordart paste as new layer place to top of frame.

Add name i used a paper for my text fill

place to bottom of frame gradient glow or white drop shaddow

then normal light drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.Delete mask and frame fill layer

you copied from animation shop merge all other layers visable/

Edit copy paste in animation shop as new animation

duplicate 9 times edit select all edit copy

Back to mask and frame fill highlight first layer

edit select all edit paste in selected frame

line it up on top of frame fill.

View animation save your work.
