new layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame68 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.

Highlight frame magic wand click in centre selections

modifi exspand by1 resize Santa6 paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame

select none drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to right bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Resize tree43 paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize bauble45 paste as new layer place

on top bottom right of tree i gave mine an eyecandy drop shaddow.

Resize Candy stick41 paste as new layer place above bauble

eyecandy drop shaddow.

Resize star pendant39 paste as new layer place

on top right of tree eyecandy drop shaddow.

You can use a white drop shaddow if you don't have eyecandy.

Add url copywrite and water mark.

point to point draw carefully around each candle.

Back to psp undo select none undo fire

effects eyecandy natural fire hit random seed once.

Edit copy merged paste in animation after current frame.

Repeat above one more time and hit random seed once again.

View animation and save your work.
