File new 600x650 fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame3 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre selections modify
exspand by5 paste paper of choice.
Selections invert delete on keyboard
selections select none drag below frame layer.
Highlight frame layer magic wand click in centre
selections modify exspand by1.
Resize bling rain1 paste as new layer selections
invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.
Highlight frame layer selections modify exspand by5
resize tube of choice paste as new layer
selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame layer.
Selections select none paste tube again drag above frame layer
drop shaddow line up with 1st.tube.
Use selection tool cut off bottom half of tube.
Resize bells paste as new layer place
to left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize 2 and 1 paste as new layers place
to right of frame one above the other drop shaddow.
Resize presen2 paste as new layer place
to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.
Resize bear2 paste as new layer place
on top right of present2 drop shaddow.
Resize present1 paste as new layer under bear drop shaddow.
Resize rose1 paste as new layer place on top of present1 drop shaddow.
Resize bear1 paste as new layer place on top
right of present1 image mirror drop shaddow.
Resize candles2 paste as new layer place
under left of bear1 drop shaddow.
Open wordart paste as new layer place to top 0f mask.
Add name place under bottom elements drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Crop edit copy paste in animation shop as new image.
Duplicate 3times open candle light edit select all
edit copy highlight 1st.frame of tag edit
select all edit paste in selected frame place
to tip of candle flame on tag repeat again for the 2nd.candle.
View animation save your work.
