File new 600x600 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask.

Resize frame paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice as new layer selections

invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame

Drop shaddow frame.

Resize clock paste as new layer place

in centre of frame drop shaddow.

Resize balls paste as new layer place

on top of balls on frame drop shaddow.

Resize bow5 paste as new layer place to

bottom centre of frame drop shaddow.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

on top right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize mask paste as new layer place

on buttocks of tube rotate drop shaddow.

Resize glasses paste as new layer place

on top of mask drop shaddow.

Resize champagne paste as new layer place

to bottom left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize purse paste as new layer place

on top right bottom of champagne drop shaddow.

Resize girlstuffh paste as new layer place

on top left corner of champagne and purse drop shaddow.

Open wordart edit copy paste as new layer slightly under shoe and tube.

Add name place to top left of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop highlight clock use freehand tool

draw round clock centre see mne for details.

You can close your tube for this to make it easy for you

but remember to open it again when transfering to animation shop.

Effects VM natural sparkle change max size to20

open tube select none edit copymerged paste

in animation as new image back to psp

undo till sparkle is undone add sparkle again set on 25 open tube

select none edit copymerged paste in animation

after current frame back to psp.

Undo till sparkle is undone add sparkle set on 30

open tube select none deit copy merged paste

in animation shop after current frame.

View animation save your work.
