File new fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame3 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard select none.

High light frame layer Resize glitter01 paste as new layer

place on top of frame fill drop shaddow both frame and glitter01.

Resize tree2 paste as new layer place

on top centre of frame drop shaddow.

Resize garland paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize ball of choice paste as new layer duplicate

and arrange to you liking place on top of tree drop shaddow.

Resize ornament1 paste as new layer place

to bottom centre of frame drop shaddow.

Resize presents paste as new layer place

to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

on top right of presents drop shaddow.

Resize candle21 paste as new layer place

to left of presents drop shaddow.

Resize second tube of choice paste as new layer place

to bottom left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize snowman paste as new layer place

on top bottom of second tube drop shaddow.

Add name place to top of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop edit copy merged paste

in anmiation shop as new image duplicate 9 times.

Open snow file edit copy highlight 1st.frame

of your tag edit select all edit paste in selected frame

repeat till all covered with snow.

View animation save your work.
