Font of choice i used Onyx.

File new 600x600 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

I added a weave effect.

Resize frame15 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame layer.

Drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer drop shaddow

rotate place to left of frame.

Resize flower28 paste as new layer place to top

right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower30 paste as new layer place on top to left

of first flower dropshaddow.

Resize flower29 paste as new layer place on top

bottom right of first flower drop shaddow.

Resize flower34 paste as new layer place

under top flower 30 drop shaddow rotate.

Resize flower31 paste as new layer place

under top flower28 rotate drop shaddow.

Resize flower pack37 paste as new layer place

on top right corner of frame paper fill drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom right of tube drop shaddow rotate.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background layer

merge other layers visable.

Save as png.
