File new 600x600 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge amsk layer visable.

I gave mine a weave effect and natural sparkle plugin.

Resize frame66 paste as new layer place on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Highlight frame layer magic wand click in centre

Resize star trail65paste as new layer selections

invert delete on keyboard drop shaddow

select none drag below frame layer.

Resize ball1and flower5 paste as new layers place alternatly

around frame drop shaddow.

Resize tree 34 paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize selection of balls paste as new layers place

either side of tree drop shaddow.

Resize bell40 paste as new layer place

to top of tree drop shaddow.

Resize flower bow30 paste as new layer place

under bell40 drop shaddow.

Resize present6 paste as new layer place

on top bottom of tree drop shaddow.

Open tube of choice paste as new layer place

to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize presents7 paste as new layer place

just below tube drop shaddow.

Resize candles10 paste as new layer place

left of presnts7 drop shaddow.

Resize trumpet51 paste as new layer place

on top of presents rotate drops haddow.

Add name place bottom left of presents and candle drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop edit copymerged into animation shop

paste as new image duplicate 3 times.

Open candle flame edit select all edit copy

highlight 1st.frame of tag edit select all

edit paste in selected frame place on top of one of the candle

repeat as above for the other two candles.

Veiw animation save your work.
