Font of choice i used Simhei.

File new 600x600 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize EL22 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice

selections invert delete on keyboard

select none drag below frame.

Highlight frame magic wand click in centre

selections modify exspand by1

resize tube of choice paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard

select none drag below frame.

Paste tube again erase bottompart of tube

leaving just the pigtails showing.

drag above frame drop shaddow tube and frame.

Resize another tube of choice paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize EL2 paste as new layer image mirror

place behind tube on left side drop shaddow.

Resize EL13 paste as new layer place to top right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize EL23 paste as new layer place

on top of clock rotate drop shaddow.

Resize EL66 paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize EL24 paste as new layer place

on top of tree drop shaddow.

Resize EL33 paste as new layer place

on top centre of tree image mirror drop shaddow.

Resize EL17 paste as new layer place

Resize EL52 paste as new layer place

on top of EL64 drop shaddow rotate add small wordart.

Drop shaddow wordart.

Add wordart place to top left of frame drop shaddow.

Add name place just under feet of 2nd tube drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
