Font of choice i used Pristina.
File new fill with white new layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame2 paste as new layer place towards
to of mask and to left side of it magic wand click in centre
of both frames selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice
drag below frame selections invert delete on keyboard.
Highlight frame magic wand click in centre of first frame
resize tube of choice paste as new layer place inside of first frame
selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame
select none repeat above for the second frame.Drop shaddow frame.
Resize main tube image mirror paste as new layer place
in bottom centre of frame drop shaddow.
Resize flower cluster paste as new layer place
to bottom of tube drop shaddow.
Resize love birds2 paste as new layer place
to top left of frame rotate drop shaddow.
Add love wordart place just underbeath love birds
rotate i gave mine an eyecandy gradient glow
and normal drop shaddow.
Add name place to near bottom left of frame again
eyecandy gradient glow and drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark
delete white background merge layers.
Resize crop save as PNG.
