File new 600x600 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize letter paste as new layer on top of mask drop shaddow.

Add wordart on top of letter.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to right of letter drop shaddow.

Resize balloon1 paste as new layer image mirror

rotate slightly place to top right of letter drop shaddow

line it up on top of hand erase small part of string on hand.

Resize wire heart ribbon paste as new layer place

to top left of tubes head magic wand click in centre

selections modify exspand by3 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard select none drag below heart layer.

Drop shaddow heart.

Add love wordart rotate place on top of heart tag.

Resize box2 paste as new layer place

to bottom left of letter drop shaddow.

Resize champagne and glasses paste as new layer place

on top right of box2 drop shaddow.

Resize felt heart paste as new layer place

slightly on top right of champagne drop shaddow rotate.

Resize blossom paste as new layer place to bottom just

below felt heart drop shaddow rotate duplicate image mirror

place on top of other blossom.

Resize roses1 and 2 paste as new layers drop shaddow

place on top of blossom rotate place one on top of each other erase stems.

Add name place to bottom of box2 drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop highlight champagne and glasses layer

use free hand tool draw around champagne in glasses

one at a time add a noise of choice.

Edit copymerged paste in animation shop as new image

duplicate 14 times.

Open bubbles from supplies change colour...

Animation change colour use colour picker edit select all

place picker on the blue tick new colour select pink and ok it.

Repeat untill all the blue is pink remember to select all

before changing colour.

Once happy with your new colour a resize animation to your liking

edit select all edit copy highlight 1st.frame of tag edit select all

edit paste in selected frame place just to top of champagne

repeat for the second glass, i changed my animation speed from 10 to15.

View animation save your work.
