File new from image 600b650 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask

merge mask layer invisable.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre selections modify

exspand by7 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame.

I gave mine a white weave effect.

Highlight frame magic wand click in centre selections

modify expand by7 paste close up tube as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame.

I gave all my main layers a heavy drop shaddow

then either a narrow white drop shaddow or

eyecandy gradient and then another dark drop shaddow.

Resize main tube paste as new layer place

to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize doodle4 paste as new layer on top of mask

place to bottom of frame rotate drop shaddow.

Duplicate place to left top of frame.

Resize button9 paste as new layer place

to bottom left leg of tube drop shaddow.

Resize resize moon8 paste as new layer place

to right of button9 drop shaddow.

Resize star3 paste as new layer place to right of moon8 dropshaddow.

Resize element2 paste as new layer place to top

of button9 drop shaddow.

Resize spider paste as new layer place

to bottom right corner of frame rotate drop shaddow.

Open wordart paste as new layer place to top of frame.

Add name place to bottom of frame dropshaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background

merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
