File new 600x600 fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame5 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre selections modify
exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections invert
delete on keyboard select none drag below frame.
Drop shaddow frame.
Highlight frame layer magic wand click in centre
selections modify by2 resize tube of choice image mirror
paste in first frame drop shaddow selections
invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame.
Resize main tube paste as new layer place to in
centre of second frame drop shaddow.
Resize wordart3 paste as new layer place
to top of first frame magic wand click inside all little hearts
selections modify exspand by2 new layer fill with colour of choice
selections select none drag below wordart layer drop shaddow.
Resize flower5 paste as new layer place
on top centre of frames drop shaddow.
Resize flower10 paste as new layer place
on top bottom left corner of firat frame drop shaddow
duplicate resize place to top right corner of second frame.
Open alpha of choice select letters of your name
i resized mine by 45 of original size paste one at a time
effects sharpen drop shaddow place to bottom of tube.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete white background merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
