new from image select and apply mask
merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame21paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click centre selections
modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections
invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.
Highlight frame layer magic wand click in centre
selections modify exspand by1.
Resize tube of choice image mirror paste as new layer
Place above and on top of frame selections
invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none
paste tube agagin image mirror Place on top of other tube
drag above frame layer drop shaddow.
Use selection tool cut away bottom of tube.
Resize heart pendant26 paste as new layer place
on left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize ladybird7 paste as new layer place
on top of heart pendant flower drop shaddow rotate and flip.
Open wordart paste as new layer place to top right of frame.
Add name place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop highlight frame fill layer.
Effect plugins Vm natural sparkle default setting but
change max size to15 edit copy merged paste in
animation shop as new image back to psp
undo sparkle add sparkle set on 20 edit copy merged paste
in animation shop after current frame back to psp
undo sparkle add sparkle set on25 edit copy merged
paste in animation shop after current frame.
View animation save your work.
