File new 600x600 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and aplly mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame27 paste as new layer place

on top of mask magic wand click in centre of frame

selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice

selections invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frame I gave mine a blinds effect.

Drop shaddow frame.

Highlight frame layer magic wand click in centre

selections modify exspand by2 resize star trail33

paste as new layer selections delete on keyboard

select none drag below frame drop shaddow.

Resize flowers 15 and 18 place to top of frame

arrange to your liking drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly7 paste as new layer place

on top of flowers drop shaddow. Resize envelope68 paste as new layer place

to bottom left of frame drop shaddow rotate.

Add wordart place just underneath tube drop shaddow.

Add name place just underneath wordart drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
