File new 600x450 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image mask select and apply mask

merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame4 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by10

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame select none.

I gave mine an eyecandy gradient glow the duplicate several times.

Resize frame3 paste as new layer place outside

of frame4 magic wand click in centre selections modify

exspand by10 paste paper of choice as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame

select none drop shaddow.

Resize doodles15and 16 paste as new layer place

on top right corner of mask rotate dropshaddow place

on top of each other erase what you dont want showing.

Resize heart scatter and heart scatter1 paste as new layers

drop shaddow arrange to bottom and both sides of frame on top of mask.

Paste tube of choice drop shaddow place on top right of frame.

Resize deco4 paste as new layer place on top of paper fill

inside left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize rose4 paste as new layer place to top left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize rose 2 paste as new layer place on top bottom of rose4

drop shaddow duplicate rose4 place on top bottom rose3.

Add name place to bottom of tube drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
