Tube of choice i used Keith Garvey. This is a Graphic Groupie exclusive tube and may not be shared HERE. Then to Our Groupie exclusive tubes then to Criteria for Garv Exclusive. You will not have instant access to the tube just by joining the group. PTU Dark night scrap kit by Snappyscrappy HERE. Font of choice Rockwell Extra Bold.

File new 600x650 fill with white.

New layer fill with white.

Resize circular frame paste as new layer centre.

Resize diamond frame paste as new layer make it larger

than circular frame see mine drag below circular frame.

Resize lace paste as new layer drag below diamond frame.

Highlight circular frame magic wand click in centre selections

exspand by50 paste paper of choice selections invert

delete on keyboard drag below frames select none.

You can use your deformation tool to adjust and fit paper fill

nicely under the frames eyecandy gradient glow drop shaddow for

circular frame normal drop shaddow for diamond and lace frames.

Highlight circular frame selections modify exspand by4.

Resize close up toon paste as new layer selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.

Preset shapes tool make an ellipse all around tag.

Look up in my labels for help tuts circular text.

Apply name you may have to play with this to get it right by

undoing the ellipse using deformation tool to make ellipse

either larger or smaller once happy with it drop shaddow.

When i finished making my frames and added my tube

i resized mine 500 pixels all layers ticked.

then image cancas size 600x650 copy but it depends

on your font size too i used size28.Once your happy how your tag looks

Add url copywrite and water.

Highlight diamond frame image rotate by35 to right edit copy merged

paste in animation shop as new image.

Back to psp image rotate 35 to right edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame back to psp

rotate 35 to right edit copy merged paste in animation shop

after current frame back to psp rotate 35 to right edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame you should have

4 frames now view animation save your work.
