Font of choice i used Book Antiqua.File new 600x600 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

I gave my mask a weave effect.

Resize frame1 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame select none.

Highlight frame magic wand click in centre modify exspand by1

Resize rain1 paste as new layer selections invert

delete on keyboard drag below frame select none drop shaddow.

Drop shaddow frame too.

Resize pocket frame1 paste as new layer on top centre of rain1

magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by5

Resize close up tube paste as new layer selections

delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.

Dropshaddow pocket frame1.

Resize doodle7 paste as new layer on top of mask

image flip drop shaddow place to top right of frame duplicate image mirror

erase any overlapping at the sides of the frame.

Duplicate place to bottom right of frame rotate duplicate image mirror

place to bottom left of frame again erase overlapping

Open main tube paste as new layer place to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize mat1 paste as new layer place to top right corner

of frame drop shaddow add wordart drop shaddow.

Resize matbadge2 paste as new layer under mat1

drop shaddow place to left of mat1 duplicate place under right of mat1.

Resize tag5 paste as new layer place on top bottom right of frame

drop shaddow rotate add effect. Resize shape1 paste as new layer place

to right top corner of tag5 drop shaddow rotate duplicate

image mirro image flip.

Add name place on top of tag5 drop shaddow rotate.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
