Font of choice i used Verdana.

Open template delete credit 7 and 8 layers.

Highlight raster1 layer image canvas size 600by600.

You may have to move layers a bit to fit in with tube.

but do your own thing to your liking.

Method for filling layers.

Highlight layer your wanting to fill.

Selections select all selections float selections defloat

Fill with paper of choice delete original layer.

Method for filling with colours.

Same as above but make a new layer before filling.

I added several text effects to mine experiment by

trying different effects to your own liking.

I also gave an inner bevel.

Once happy with your template.

highlight the centre layer of the large circle magic wand

click in centre selections modify exspand by2

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place in centre

drop shaddow selections invert delete on keyboard

select none drag below frame.

Use presetshapes tool draw an ellipse around tag

see my labels help how to do circula text at bottom..

Add name inner bevel either eyecandy gradient glow

or white drop shaddow then normal drop shaddow.

Drop shassow all other layers.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white raster layer merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
