Resize frame4 paste as new layer on top of mask

Highlight frame layer magic wand click in centre

selections modify exspand by12 resize tube of choice

paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard

select none paste tube again drag above frame drop shaddow

selection tool cut off bottom of tube be carteful to leave

her arms showing erase overlapping frame if need be.

Open wordart from supplies paste as new layer place on to of mask.

Resize bow4 paste as new layer place to right

bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Resize rose and petals1 paste as new layer place

to bottom left of frame red drop shaddow.

Resize wire heart4 paste as new layer place

to right under rose and petals red drop shaddow.

Resize candle4 paste as new layer place

to bottom right of frame red drop shaddow.

Resize heart2 paste as new layer place

on top left of candle red drop shaddow rotate.

Resize deco4 paste as new layer place

to top right of frame red drop shaddow.

Resize wordart pink1 change colour to grey scale

Resize crop highlight round wordart layer effects

DSB flux bright noise on 50 other setting on default

or if you want use normal noise edit copy merged paste in animation shop

as new image back to psp undo noise add noise on 60

edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame

back to psp undo noise add noise on 70 edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.
