Font of choice i used Stencil.

File new 600x650 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame10 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in centre of frame selections modify

exspand by5 paper paper of choice selections invert

delete on keyboard drop shaddow drag below frame select none.

Resize frame11 paste as new layer place on top of

frame10 image rotate30% to the left magic wand click in centre

selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame give it a blinds effect

Select none either eyecancdy gradient glow or white drop shaddow

then duplicate the frame.

Resize clip19 paste as new layer place on top left corner

of second frame drop shaddow.

Resize pendant7 paste as new layer place to

top right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower12 paste as new layer place on top of flower drop shaddow.

Resize envelope8 paste as new layer place to bottom right

corner of frame drop shaddow rotate.

Resize button37 paste as new layer place on top of button

on envelope drop shaddow.

Resize wordart2 paste as new layer place to top of frame

magic wand click in each letter selections modify exspand by1

new layer fill with colour of choice select none drag below wordart

add effect and drop shaddow wordart.

Add name place to bottom of tube inner bevel drop shaddow

drag below tube duplicate drag above tube use selection tool

cut letters overlapping beginning of name.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
