File new 600x650 fill with white new layer fill with paper of choice.

Open wordart select all selections float selections defloat

new layer fill light colour of choice delete original layer

select none resize to fit the full mask hide white background

merge mask and wordart together paste as new layer unhide white background.

Resize ornate frame paste as new layer magic wand

click in centre selections modify exspend by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

select none drag below frame.

Highlight frame layer magic wand click in centre modify exspand by5

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer drop shaddow selections invert

delete on keyboard select none drag belwo frame drop shaddow frame.

Resize bow7 paste as new layer place to left of frame drop shadddow.

Resize tassell2 paste as new layer place to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize postcard1 paste as new layer drop shaddow

place to bottom right of frame.

Resize key 2 paste as new layer drop shaddow image mirror

rotate place on top right of postcard.

Open mirror frame magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by5 resize cameo paste as new layer

use deformation tool to adjust rotate and just have the outer

frame showing select none merge layers visable

place on top of postcard and key drop shaddow.

Resize comb paste as new layer rotate drop shaddow

place underneath key and mirror frame.

Resize 3 coins of choice paste as new layers drop shaddow as you go

place and arrange just beneath tassell resize as you go.

Resize pocket watch paste as new layer place

below frame and on top left of coins drop shaddow.

Resize fan paste as new layer drop shaddow place

on top of pocket watch and coins rotate.

Resize stamper paste as new layer rotate drop shaddow

place on top left bottom of pocket watch.

Resize rope hearts2 paste as new layer drop shaddow

place on top left corner of postcard erase parts you don't showing

see mine for details duplicate image mirror move and arrange

on top of coins again erase parts you don't want showing

and again see mine for details.

Add name place to bottom of postcard drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
