Font of choice i used Leprechaun Hats.

File 600x600 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize tripple frame paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre of each frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.

Highlight frame magic wand click in centre of 1st.frame

selections modify exspand by2

resize 1st.tube of choice paste as new layer selections

invert delete on keyboard dropshaddow

drag below frame.

repeat as above for middle frame drop shaddow frame.

resize main tube paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize a selection of flowers of your choice paste as new layers

drop shaddow as you go arrange around bottom of tube

under and top see mine for details.

Resize bow2 paste as new layer place to bootom

of cebtre frame drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly2 paste as new layer place on top of flowers

dropm shaddow rotate.

Resize flower deco1 paste as new layer place

to bottom left of frame drop shaddow image mirror rotate.

Open St.Pats wordart new layer fill with paper of choice

drag below wordart merge layers visable.

Image add a border 03 symetrical.

Resize paste as new layer place to top left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize pendant paste as new layer place to top left

corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize hat paste as new layer place on top of pendant

drop shaddow rotate.

Resize butterfly trail paste as new layer place

on top centre of frame just underneath wordart drop shaddow

erase any overlapping on 1st frame and bow drop shaddow.

Add a few tiny stars different sizes as you go.

Add your name place to bottom centre of mask drop shaddow.

Duplicate hat place on top of 1st letter of your name.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
