Font of choice i used Harrington.

File new 600x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame7 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre selections modify

exspand by5 paste paper of choice.

Selections invert delete on keyboard.

Highlight frame magic wand click in 2nd frame

resize tube of choice image mirror paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame

drop shaddow frame.

Resize main tube paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize heart pendant1 paste as new layer place

to top right corner frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower2 paste as new layer place

on top of heart pendant drop shaddow.

Resize bow1 paste as new layer place to bottom of

second frame drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly2 paste as new layer place

to top right corner of 1st.frame image mirror drop shaddow.

Add name place on top of cherrys drop shaddow duplicate.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background.

Merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
