Font of choice i used Agency FB.

File new 600x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame6 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame effects tramages tow the line default settings.

Highlight frame effects tramages pool shadow default settings.

paste tube of choice drop shaddow used selection tool

cut overlapping tube at bottom of frame.

Resize dangling heart3 paste as new layer place

top centre right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize heartline3 paste as new layer place

down left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize rose paste as new layer place top left corner

of frame drop shaddow duplicate image mirror place

top left corner of frame duplicate image flip

place bottom right corner of frame.

Resize wa1 paste as new layer place top of frame

selections select all selections float selections defloat

new layer fill with colour to frame delete original layer.

Type name twice with * between names place

to bottom of frame use selection tool cut away * use selection tool

cut around a single flower on wa1 paste as new layer between names

duplicate place one underneath the other drop shaddow name.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Delete white background merge layers visable.

Resize crop save as PNG.
