Font of choice i used Algerian.

File new 600x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame1 paste as new layer place on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame select none.

Highlight frame magic wand click in centre

resize close up toon image mirror paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame

drop shaddow layer palette change blend mode to luminance.

Use freehand tool go round the Irish wording on cap edit copy

edit paste on top of the irish word thats backwards lol.

Drop shaddow frame.

Resize ele2 paste as new layer place to bottom left

of frame on top of mask drop shaddow duplicate image mirror

duplicate rotate 90% right rotate place to top of frame.

Open main tube paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower3 paste as new layer place to top left corner

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize luck wordart paste as new layer place top left

of frame drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize cross paste as new layer place bottom left

corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize coins23s paste as new layer place to right of cross drop shaddow.

Resize coins paste as new layer place on top bottom right

of coins23s drop shaddow.

Resize bead paste as new layer place to right under coins drop shaddow.

Resize hat 2 image mirror paste as new layer place

on top of coins and bead drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom right just underneath

feet of tube drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
