Font of choice i used Mistral.
File new 600x650 fill with white new layer
fill with paper of choice mask new from image
select and apply mask merge mask visable.
Reise frame43 paste as new layer on top of mask rotate
Magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by5
paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard.
Select none drag below frame.
Highlight frame click in centre resize tube of choice
paste as new layer place to bottom of frame drop shaddow
selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame
select none paste tube again move on top of frame drop shaddow
erase overlapping to bottom and side of frame.
Resize bow25 paste as new layer place to bottom of frame
drop shaddow erase over lapping to ends.
Resize flower15 paste as new layer place
to top right corner of frame drop shaddow duplicate twice
place one either side of 1st.flower.
Resize butterfly2 paste as new layer place on top of flowers
drop shaddow image mirror.
Resize pin66 paste as new layer place to top left
corner of frame drop shaddow erase part on centre.
Resize bunny pot12 paste as new layer place to bottom
right corner of frame drop shaddow.
Resize egg73 paste as new layer place on top right of
bunny pot12 drop shaddow rotate duplicate image mirror place
to left of bunny pot12.
Resize egg21 paste as new layer place between
other two eggs on bunny pot12 drop shaddow.
Resize flower spray55 paste as new layer place
to bottom left of bunny pot12 rotate drop shaddow.
Resize flowers70 paste as new layer place to left of
flower spray55 drop shaddow rotate.
Resize bunny45 paste as new layer place on top of
flower spray drop shaddow.
Resize bunny bow34 paste as new layer place to left of
flower spray on top and rotate drop shaddow.
Add name place just underneath feet of bunny45 drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.
Save as PNG.
