File new 600x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image select and apply mask.

Resize frame56 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard.

Drag below frame.

Highlight frame click centre selections modify exspand by5

resize wire30 paste as new layer drag below frame

drop shaddow frame.

Highlight frame click in centre resize tube of choice

paste as new layer place to bottom of frame selections invert

delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.

Paste tube again line it up with 1st.tube on top of frame drop shaddow

use selection tool cut off bottom of tube.

Resize feathers18 paste as new layer place to top left

corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize ele8 paste as new layer place to top left

corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize button21 paste as new layer place on top of ele8 drop shaddow.

Resize boots29 paste as new layer place to bottom left

rotate drop shaddow.

to right of hat drop shaddow rotate.

Resize gun45 paste as new layer place on top of saddle and

hat drop shaddow rotate.

Resize belt14 paste as new layer place to bottom right

Resize wordart2 paste as new layer place to bottom

of frame drop shaddow move slightly below the hat but

on top of other elements.

Resize badge7 paste as new layer rotate place on to right

of belt drop shaddow.

Resize rope41 paste as new layer image mirror place

to on top bottom of elements drop shaddow

erase parts to make it look like it weaving between elements.

Resize rope43 paste as new layer place as for rope 41

drop shaddow erase parts as for rope41.

Add name place to top left of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
