File new 600x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame9 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

select none drag below frame layer.

Highlight frame magic wand click in center selections modify

exspand by2 resize wire paste as new layer selections invert

delete on keyboard select none drag below frame layer.

resize close up toon of choice paste as new layer selections

Drop shaddow frame layer.

Resize pink glitter doodle paste as new layer on top left of mask drop shaddow

duplicate image flip place to bottom left of frame.

Resize blue glitter doodle paste as new layer image mirror place

on top right of mask drop shaddow duplicate place to center right on top of mask.

Resize main tube image mirror paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize tag2 paste as new layer place on top of tubes hand

drop shaddow erase small part like she is holding it in her hand.

Add wordarts on top of tag erase part of the dots wordart.

Resize bow paste as new layer place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Resize heart element2 paste as new layer place to left of frame drop shaddow.

Open wordart use selection tool cut around wordart you want

edit copy paste as new layer place to top of frame drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly4 paste as new layer place to bottom left

of frame rotate drop shaddow.

Add name i used colour for background and paper for my fill

place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
