Font of choice i used Vivaldi.

File new 600x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame22 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5

Paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame.

Highlight frame magic wand click in center selections

modify exspand by5 paste tube of choice as new layer

Selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

select none. Paste tube again on top of 1st.tube

drag above frame drop shaddow line up with 1st.tube

Use selections tool cut away bottom of tube drop shaddow frame.

I added psp weave effect to my frame paper fill.

Resize doodle10 paste as new layer place on top of mask

duplicate as many as you want image mirroing and flipping as you go

arrage around frame drop shaddow each layer.

Resize flower16 paste as new layer place to left of frame drop shaddow

duplicate place on top of 1st.flower.

Resize butterfly20 paste as new layer place

on top of top flower drop shaddow.

Resize flower bow11 paste as new layer place

to bottom center of frame drop shaddow.

Add name place just under flower bow drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and water.

Resize crop delete background layer

merge all other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
