File new 600x650 fill white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame35 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in center of both frames selections modify

exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame.

Resize heart note59 paste as new layer image mirror

place on top of right frame drop shaddow.

Add love wordart on top of note drop shaddow.

Highlight frame magic wand click in center of right frame

selections modify exspand by2 resize tube of choice

paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame select none.

Paste tube again drag above frame drop shaddow

line up with the bottom tube use selection tool

cut off overlapping of tube at the bottom.

Resize rose65 paste as new layer place on top of tubes hand

drop shaddow erase part over fingers.

Resize bow13 paste as new layer place to bottom

center of frame drop shaddow rotate.

Open wordart from supplies paste as new layer

place to top right of frame.

Add name place to bottom right of frame

drop shaddow rotate.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete background layer merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
