Highlight frame magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by2 resize tube of choice paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame. paste tube again drag above frame drop shaddow line up with 1st.tube use selection tool cut away bottom of tube drop shaddow frame. Resize bow22 paste as new layer place to bottom of frame drop shaddow. Resize lips4 paste as new layer place to top left of frame drop shaddow. Resize heart43 paste as new layer place just under lips drop shaddow. Resize heart44 paste as new layer place on top bottom of heart43 drop shaddow. Resize flower50 paste as new layer place to roght of frame drop shaddow duplicate twice place under and on top of 1st.flower. Resize butterfly63 paste as new layer place on top of flowers drop shaddow rotate. Add name place to right bottom of frame drop shaddow rotate. Add url copywrite and watermark.
