File new 600x650 fill with white. New layer fill with paper of choice mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable. Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask magic wand click in center modify exspand by5 pste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame. Highlight frame magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by2 resize tube of choice paste as new layer place to bottom of frame selections invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame. Paste tube again place and line up with 1st tube drop shaddow drag above frame use erase bottom and parts of leaves to show through. Drop shaddow frame. Resize glitter dangle3 paste as new layer place to top right corner of frame drop shaddow. Resize stickpin1 paste as new layer place to top left corner of frame rotate drop shaddow erase part to make it look like its going through frame. Add name place just slightly underneath flowers of bottom frame drop shaddow add light noise. Add url copywrite and watermark. Resize crop delete background merge layers visable. Save as PNG.
