Resize lace frame paste as new layer on top of mask magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none. highlight frame magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by2 resize butterflys paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame. Repeat as for butterflys with mist-pearls and sparkles. Highlight frame magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by2 resize tube of choice paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none. Paste tube again drag above frame drop shaddow lign it up with 1st.tube use selection tool to cut away overlapping tube on frame. Drop shaddow frame. Resize lamp2 paste as new layer place top right of frame drop shaddow. Resize magic light2 paste as new layer on top of lamp2 erase any showing on the lamp it has to look if light is inside lamp. Resize flower2 paste as new layer place to left of frame drop shaddow duplicate place underneath flower2. Resize flower3 paste as new layer place beneath last flower2 drop shaddow. Resize draggonfly paste as new layer place on top of flowers drop shaddow. Resize fairycharm paste as new layer place to right of frame drop shaddow duplicate. Resize magical wordart paste as new layer place to top left of frame rotate light drop shaddow. Add name place to bottom of frame drop shaddow. Add url copywrite and watermark. resize crop save as PNG if not animating. Animation... High light frame paper fill effects plugins VM Natural sparkle default settings but change max size to14 edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image. Back to psp undo sparkle add sparkle set on max size16 edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.
