File new 600x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame6 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in center selections modify

exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.

Highlight frame magic wand click in center selections

modify exspand by2 resize cose uo tube paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame

drop shaddow select none.

Highlight frame magic wand click in center selections

modify exspand by2 resize bead trail53 paste as new layer

on top of tube selections invert delete on keyboard select none.

Layer palette change opacity to 30. drop shaddow frame.

Open main tube image mirror paste as new layer

place to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower clip 40 paste as new layer image

rotate 90% left place to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize heart pendant 26 paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly 43 paste as new layer place

bottom left of frame rotate drop shaddow.

Duplicate resize image mirror place to top of frame.

Add name place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
