Font of choice i used Even Hearts.

File new 600x650 fill with white new layer fill with paper of choice

mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in center of both circles selections

modify exspand by 3 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Marching ants still going paste close up tube inside

top right frame selections invert delete on keyboard

layer palette change blend mode to luminance drag below frame.

Reoeat as above for the bottom left frame select none

change opacity to 50. drop shaddow frame.

Resize clip paste as new layer place between middle

of frames rotate drop shaddow.

Resize hearts paste as new layer place to top left

on top of mask drop shaddow.

Resize floral swirl image mirror paste as new layer place

top left corner on top of mask drop shaddow.

Paste main tube as new layer image mirror drop shaddow

place to left of frames.

Resize hearts2 paste as new layer place right center

of frames drop shaddow use freehand tool draw around

one of these hearts edit copy paste as new layer place

on top of tube to cover her butt lol, resize as you go.

Resize lips paste as new layer place to top left

of top frame light drop shaddow.

Resize rose image mirror paste as new layer place to top

right of top frame drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom right of tubes feet drop shaddow.

Resize crop add url copywrite and watermark.

Save as PNG.
