Font of choice i used Engraver MT.

Open my template delete credit layer.

You may want to colourize or change colours

to compliment your tube.

Method for filling template layers...

Highlight layer your wanting to fill selections select all

selections float selections defloat new layer

fill with colour of choice delete original layer.

Highlight layer6 magic wand click in center

resize tube of choice paste as new layer drop shaddow

selections invert delete on keyboard select none.

Layer palette change blend mode to overlay.

Duplicate image mirror.

Highlight sweetheart wordart magic wand click in center

paste as new layer main tube of choice image mirror

drop shaddow use selection tool cut bottom of tube

so your showing bottom line of wordart on top of tube.

Add copywrite and watermark.

Add name i used text size 18 and typed name

3 times with 2 spaces between names and di 3 names

you may want to do more depending on the length of your name

drop shaddow place to top of template duplicate

move to bottom of template.

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop duplicate 3 times.

Back to psp open the heart from my supplies.

add a noise set on 30 edit copy paste in animation shop

as a new image, back to psp undo noise

add noise set on 35 edit copy paste in animation shop

after current frame, back to psp undo noise

add noise set on 40 edit copy paste in animation shop

after current frame, edit select all edit copy

highlight 1st frame of your tag select all edit paste

in selected frame align on top of one of the hearts on your tag

Repeat for the other 3 hearts.

View animation save your work.
