File new 600x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame3 paste as new layer magic wand

click in center selections modify exspand by2

fill with paper of choice selections invert

delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer delete on keyboard

select none paste tube again drop shaddow

drag and lign it up with 1st tube erase bottom of tube.

Resize flower1 paste as new layer place top left corner

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower2 paste as new layer place to right

under flower1 drop shaddow duplicate place

bottom center on top of flower1.

Resize butterfly3 paste as new layer on top of

bottom flower2 drop shaddow.

Resize pendant1 paste as new layer place top right corner

of frame drop shaddow erase bottom off pendant pin.

Resize bow3 paste as new layer place on top of pendant drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Resize all layers then crop.

Add url copywrite and water delete background.

Save as PNG.
