File 650x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice, mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask

image mirror,magic wand click in center of frame and the small bits

Selections mosidy expand by2 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.

Higlight frame magic wand click in center selections

modify exspand by2 paste tube of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Resize wrap1 paste as new layer place on top

bottom of frame drop shaddow erase overlapping of ribbon

at the ends of frame.

Resize daisy2 paste as new layer place

to top right of frame on top of mask drop shaddow.

Resize daisy3 paste as new layer place on top

right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Duplicate image mirror image flip place to bottom left of frame.

Resize wordart1 paste as new layer place

to top of frame light drop shaddow erase any part

of frame on top of wordart.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Add name place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize crop edit copy paste in animation shop as new image

duplicate 3 times.

Open teardrop resize edit select all animation rotate to left 25 free.

Edit select all edit copy highlight your tag edit select all

edit paste into selected frame view animation.

Change speed properties to 50.

Save as.
