Open template.

Resize frame 6 by 85 percent of original magic wand

click in center of both frames selections modify

exspand by2 resize and paste paper of choice as new layer

drag below frame selections invert delete on keyboard.

I added psp weave effect to mine.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

in left frame drop delete on keyboard select none

Paste tube again drag on top of 1st tube lign it up

with bottom tube drop shaddow use selection tool cut away

over lapping of tube at sides and bottom of frame.

Merge these two tube layers visable duplicate

image mirror place to other end of frame.

Drop shaddow frame layer.

Resize flower 7 paste as new layer place to bottom left

of frame drop shaddow duplicate image mirror image flip.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Add name place to left side of template drop shaddow.

Duplicate image flip place to other side of template.

Save as PNG.

Open template

repeat as with your banner but on a smaller scale

don't forget to sharpen as you go.

Save also as PNG.
