Banner...

File 650x250 Open north pole use selection tool

cut round the north pole picture edit copy edit paste as new layer

resize to fit then use deformation tool to adjust.

Change fill colour to red image add border set on 2

change colour to white add border again same setting

change colour again to red add border same setting.

Crop around banner then edit copy paste in

animation shop as new image duplicate 9 times.

Open snow animation crop to length and half size of banner.

Edit select all edit copy highlight banner edit select all

edit paste on top left of banner repeat and place to left of banner.

Back to psp open xmas nana use selection tool cur round

the presents edit copy paste as new layer on top of

banner you made with the borders resize to fit

use selection tool cut off overlapping of tube drop shaddow.

Use selection tool cut round nana edit copy

paste as new layer image mirro resize to fit place to

left of banner drop shaddow.

Cut round the north pole tube paste as new layer place

to right of banner resize to fit drop shaddow.

Add wordart of choice to north pole duplicate wordart

select all selections float modify exspand by1

fill with white drag below 1st wordart select none.

Do this to each of these word arts.

Add main wordart Merry Christmas with font of choice

i used Vivaldi for mine again do the white shaddow

as you did for the north pole wordarts drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Add name place to your liking.

crop around the inside of banner delete background

merge layers visable edit copy paste in animation shop

as new image duplicate 9 times edit select all edit copy

highlight 1st frame of banner with borders you made

edit select all edit paste into selected frame.

it should fit just nicely if you do not move it when placing it.

View animation resize 650 width pixels.

Save as.

Avater...

open new file 150x150 in psp.

Repeat all as for your banner but on a smaller scale.

Place name down right of avatar.

Again crop snao animation to fit avatar.

Resize 150x150 pixel size before saving.
