File new 650x250 select two colours from your tube

make the darker colour into a gradient and fill with.

Effects AAA foto frame Just change the width to 4o.

Use selection tool draw around the the AAA you just made

Paste paper of choice Selctions invert delete on keyboard.

Select none do the AAA foto frame again same as before.

Highlight layer1 select all selections float selections

modify contrast by3 selections invert fill with colour of choice.

Duplicate layer2 twice close top two layers highlight 1st layer

2-2-4-2-100-100-twinlke rotation 45 keep original image ticked.

Random seed at 3124.

Repeat for the other two duplicate layers

hitting random seed once on each layer.

Resize smaller tube paste as new layer place to left side

of template drop shaddow of choice i gave mine a red on -3 -3-50-5

use selection tool cut away overlapping of tube on your border.

Repeat same with main tube of choice image mirror

drop shaddow i gave mine black on -5-5-50-5.

Add url copywrite and water.

Add name drop shaddow i gave mine red set on 3-3-50-5

Highlight your 1st. constalation layer edit copy merged

paste in animation shopas new image.

Back to psp close 1st.layer off open 2nd.layer edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

Back to psp close 2nd.layer open 3rd.layer edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

Change properties speed to15 veiw animation

Save as.
