File new 650x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask select and apply mask

merge mask visable i added psp weave effect.

Resize frame5 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in center selections modify

exspand by5 paste paper of choice

paste your tube of choice lower opacity the lign up

your tube so her eye is showing in the heart of your paper.

Once satisfied with placement of tube close tube layer.

Click on paper fill layer selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame. Highlight your tube layer

deletye on keyboard drag below frame change

blendmode to soft light select none.

Click on preset tool rectangle fill colour of choice

stroke nul draw a rectangle across your tag

towards the bottom and on top of tube layer

roughly half an inch you can resize this when you

add your name using your deformation tool.

Invert delete on keyboard add costalation effect

default settings now add a drop shaddow colour of choice

set on 2.2.50.5 and again on -2 -2 50 5.

Resize snow 46 and 47 paste as new layers on top of mask

place to your own liking mirror and flip as you go.

Resize element15 paste as new image flip mirror place

on top right corner of mask drop shaddow.

Resize main tube image mirror paste as new layer

place to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element62 paste as new layer place on top bottom

right of tube drop shaddow rotate slightly to the right

duplicate image mirror place on top left of other heart.

Click on your preset shape layer add your name

drop shaddow duplicate.

add url copywrite and watermark.

Crop resize delete background layer.

Save as PNG.

Banner...

File new 650x250 fill with white. Paste same paper you used

for you tag frame fill resize tube of choice again

lower opacity of tube lign up so you see her eye through

heart of paper close tube layer highlight paper layer

now carefully use selection tool draw in the center of paper

hit delete duplicate the paper you have on your left

image mirror merge these two layers visable.

Unhide your tube change blend mode to soft light

duplicate image mirror.

Draw a rectangle as you did on your tag place on top

of your tube layers same constalation and drop shaddow

you did for your tag.

Resize main tube image mirror paste as new layer on top

center of your other two tubes drop shaddow.

Enhance phot effects fade on default setting.

new layer drag to top select all modify contrast x9

selections invert fill with colour of choice add psp

blinds effects set on 5.100 light from left/top

again set on horizontal drop shaddow in colour of choice

2.2.50.5 and again -2.-2.50.5.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Click on your preset shape layer add name place to right

of banner drop shaddow duplicate place to left of banner

duplicate both these two layers.

Save as PNG.

Repeat as you did for your banner but on a smaller scale.

Add the first letter of your name place to top

left of avatar drop shaddow duplicate.

Save as PNG.
