File new 650x650 fill with white new layer fill with colour of choice mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable i adde3d constalation to mine. Resize frame double frame bow paste as new layer on top of mask magic wand click in center of each frame new layer fill with colour of choice i added psp weave effect drag below frame. Resize tube of choice paste as new layer on top 1st frame drop shaddow erase part of tube you dont want showing. Imag mirror your tube paste as new layer on top of 2nd frame drop shaddow again erase part of tube you do not want showing select none. Resize cane1 paste as new layer place on top bottom left corner of frame drop shaddow duplicate image mirror place to top right corner of 1st frame drop shaddow. Resize red tag paste as new layer place to bottom left corner of 1st frame rotate drop shaddow. Resize big bow red paste as new layer place on top of red tag drop shaddow. Add wordart of choice place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow. Add url copywrite and watermark. Add name place on top of red tag drop shaddow. Crop resize delete background. Save as PNG.
