File new 650x650 fill with white new layer fill with colour of choice.

mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Open extras2 use selection tool cut around frame

copy paste as new layer on top of mask magic wand

Click in center of 1st,frame selections modify exspand by5

 new layer fill with colour of choice drag below frame

add psp weave effect select none.

Highlight frame magic wand click in center of 2nd.frame

selections modify exspand by5 new layer

fill with colour of choice drag below frame.

Open close up tube of tube image mirror paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard change blend mode

 to soft light select none.

Open extras1 use selection tool cut around the fruits line

paste as new layer resize place to top of frame drop shaddow.

Cut around butterfly copy and paste as new layer place

to top right corner of frame.

Copy paste main tube as new layer place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Add name place just under bottom of tube i used

a small section of the fruit line to fill my name drop shaddow.

Crop resize delete background layer.

Save as PNG.

Banner...

File new 650x250 fill with colour of choice.Use selection tool

draw around just over half left of banner fill with colour of choice

select none add psp weave effect. 

Use selection tool draw around end of right of banner

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place to right of banner

selections invert delete on keyboard select none change  blend to soft light.

Copy paste tube of choice to left of banner use selection tool

to cut away any overlapping of tube around banner drop shaddow.

Resize paste fruit line to top of banner drag below tube

on left drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Add name as with your tag place beneath left tube

on top of right tube drop shaddow.

Image add border set on3 in colour of choice.

save as PNG.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place to

left of avatar drop shaddow.

Resize fruit line paste small section as new layer to

top right of banner drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

add name as with banner and tag drop shaddow.

Add border as with banner image resize 150x150 pixels.

Save as PNG.
