Font of choice i used Cambria.
File new 650x650 fiill with white, new layer
fill with colour of choice mask new from image
select and apply mask merge mask visable.
I added psp weave effects to mine.
Resize frame3 paste as new layer on top of mask
magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5
fill with colour of choice selections invert delete on keyboard
drag below frame.
Paste tube of choice delete on keyboard select none
paste tube again drag above 1st tube drop shaddow erase
overlapping of tube you dont want showing.
Resize bag paste as new layer to right side of frame drop shaddow.
Resize boot paste as new layer on top left of bag
drop shaddow duplicate place on top left of 1st boot.
Resize hat paste as new layer drop shaddow place
on top left of boots rotate slightly.
Resize lipstick paste as new layer place to right of boots drop shaddow.
Add name place to bottom left of hat drop shaddow.
Resize crop delete background layer.
Add url copyright and watermark.
Save as PNG.
