Font of choice i used Fiolex Girls.

File new 650x650 fill with white new layer

fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize beaded frame paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in center and not forgetting all the small

spaces too selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame select none.

Click on your paper fill with dropper tool then

use paint brush and fill in any missed spaces.

Highlight frame layer magic wand click in center

modify exspand by 5 resize bow and buckle paste as new layer

rotate drop shaddow place towards bottom of frame

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Resize sparkles paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard select none.

Open main tube paste as new layer place to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize valentine balloon paste as new layer place

to top left of frame drop shaddow.

Add name place between feet of tube drop shaddow.

Crop leave room for your copywrite.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize delete background.

Save as PNG.
