File new fill with white new layer paste paper of choice

mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame 3 paste as a new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in center paste paper of choice

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Resize sachet paste as new layer place on top of frame bow.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to bottom of frame delete on keyboard select none paste tube again

align and drag above other tube drop shaddow

use selection tool cut off bottom of tube drop shaddow frame. 

Resize flowers 5 and 6 paste as new layer place and arrange

to top right corner of frame placing one under head of tube

drop shaddow as you go.

Resize heart pendant paste as new layer drop shaddow

place to top left corner of frame.

Resize cards paste as new layer drop shaddow rotate to right

place to bottom right of frame.

Resize tag paste as new layer drop shaddow rotate left

place to bottom left of frame drag below frame add name

on top of tag drop shaddow rotate.

Add wordart place to bottom right of frame.

Crop resize all layers add url copyrite and watermark.

Save as PNG.
